  Can be hit or miss on food availability. Obviously slammed during lunch, so expect a wait, but that's anywhere. I've found that the closer to close you get, the more they run out of stuff. Which sure, makes sense but is an inconvenience

  We ordered online to use the drive thru pick up for 7 o clock. We waited for 20 minutes in the pickup lane and when we got our bowls they were half full and cold. Each car wait time was about 5 minutes and the people working the lane were not prioritizing getting bags out the window. When you have kids it's harder to bring them inside to get the food so we just end up going somewhere else usually. For how expensive Chipotle has gotten, it is not worth the money to get cold bowls that aren't full.

  On 11/1, we stopped in about five minutes after they were supposed to have opened, but the doors were locked. A few minutes later, they were opened by a worker who told us that the make table wasn't ready yet but we could come in. They started taking orders without all items being available (no fajita veggies). The food was awful to eat, so much so that we ended up getting refunded (extremely salty, rice was hard). On 11/7 (Friday) , we stopped in at 630. We were met at the door and informed that the restaurant was out of chicken and steak and it would be at least 12 minutes before any was ready. On a Friday at dinner time, the two most popular meats were totally out. Whoever is managing this location should be fired. The people are friendly enough, but completely inept

  When I showed up there was a line out the door, like usual. Once I actually got inside the building I realized there were barely any workers preparing food, one person on line and nobody on register. It took nearly 20 minutes for me to get up to place my order, and despite it only being like 3 PM they were already out of pretty much every meat. Since I didn't want to hold up the line I opted for sofritas, which I barely got any of as the exasperated employee sloppily threw the equivalent of half a portion into my bowl. By the time, I finally made it to register, the cashier had once again disappeared, and the manager Dakota, who didn't even bother asking me if I wanted chips or what I wanted to drink with my meal, had to ring me up herself. When I finally sat down, I got to enjoy the equivalent of a few measly kernels of sofritas floating around in barely-strained beans and tomato water. I'd chock this up to a single instance of bad service, but this has become the norm recently, and I honestly don't know whether this is Management's fault or if the staff just doesn't care anymore.

  Out of chips and brown rice. Lady is the back grill area very unprofessional when asked for more rice upfront. Only gave white rice (which was hard and clumped together) and said no brown rice. The front prep area and bottled drink area by register looked like the employees had a food fight.
