  When we first walked in we got put in a dirty booth and needed cleaned when there was multiple other places to seat us, then we ordered a appetizer with our food witch the appetizer should’ve came out first bc it’s a APPETIZER then soon as we got the appetizer our food was right behind it not even 1min after we got our food all together, all the food wasn’t even warm like it was just sitting back there. Then we didn’t even get refills unless we showed the cup, then we asked to speak with a manager the waitress wanted to argue then when the manger came out he acted like it was a issue also but helped the issue a little bit by giving discount. The service was horrible and the food was also just bad.

  We got to this restaurant frequently and the service is always good and the food is usually delicious . Today (11/25/2025 @ around 7:40 was in the order was placed) we ordered a to go order, and since we had never had an issue until tonight. My daughter gives us our food (we live in Galion) and the wings are way over cooked. When my husband opened his box you could SMELL the burnt. However, when I called the manager was very nice, understanding and offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested to have the wings remade and we would bring back the food (minus the 1 my husband attempted to eat. No clue why he tried with the smell, but whatever) When we got there, this blonde haired lady came out with a to go bag ready for us, she even had them remake our fries. I gave her our old order and she apologized and was friendly! To me the staff making it right (remaking the food) was so much better and the best possible customer service option (in my opinion) I will come back here, not because we love the food (we do) but because the staff was super friendly and willing to acknowledge a mistake made and they made it right by remaking the food.

  On Veterans day, I took it upon myself to honor myself for serving all people in our Country and came here l. A free meal was given, but the beverage was $4.71. I ordered the boneless wings, all Five of them lol, which were very hard and difficult to chew. The waitress was okay, nothing to write home about. All in all, it was a disapointent. Friends and family asked me, how was your free meal Captain? Answering with a l, NO GO and taken as true, they are boycotting as well. Airborne!!!

  Depends on the day with how your service will be. Sometimes you get sat and have to wait to be acknowledged. The wings are always good and so are the drinks.

  This place is horrible. Our server was never to be found, our food was warm at best and my husband's wings were pitiful they were so small. They all seemed more interested in happenings with an ex-coworker than the customer. Won't be back to any Buffalo Wild Wings. Find a Wings and Rings or anything else instead!
