  Order was incorrect missing Pizza, cold food, and then when I tried to call the store in Oberlin I couldn't get ahold of the store because it kept going to a call center overseas which I never could get my order fixed. Then contacted them again they sent me to a website which didn't exist and I found another website chatted with a so-called customer service representative only to be told that they would contact me within 2 to 3 business days! Pizza Hut will never get any more business from this person ever ever ever ever again!!!!!!!! When they called me back from the store, they blamed it all on the 3rd party delivery driver. Bye bye Pizza Hut!

  Took our kids there for the lunch buffet. Was told they were ending it early and would not be bringing more pizza out. The sign on the door said lunch buffet runs from 11:30-1:30. Clearly they end it whenever they want.

  Decided to stop for the lunch buffet at this location on our way out of town. Haven't been here in years. There appeared to be only one girl working there. She took our drink orders at the counter and said she would bring them to us. She never did. We had to go back up to the counter to get them. Also, she never came to see how the food was or refill our drinks. The salad bar was terrible. The lettuce was the shredded kind like what would go on a taco and the carrots were white because they were so dehydrated. Pizza seemed to have been sitting there a while too. New pizza was finally brought out when we were leaving.
