  Lady behind the counter was very aggressive, and allowed customers to touch my food before serving it to me. Wont be back.

  Today, my mother and I went through the drive-thru, and mother asked for light ice in her drink. Unfortunately, she was given a cup that was about half full of ice. Mother politely mentioned that it didn’t seem like light ice, but rather a significant amount. In response, someone—possibly a supervisor—told the employee to just give her two pieces of ice.” The situation then became uncomfortable. The employee took the cup from me abruptly (snatched it) and insisted that what mother received was considered light ice. We were both taken aback, as mother had been respectful and simply asked for a small adjustment. I couldn’t understand why the interaction became so unpleasant. Afterward, mother asked for her receipt and was not given one, which led me to come inside the store to request it. What made the experience even more disappointing is that my mother, who is 72 years old, was very pleasant and to witness this kind of treatment was disheartening. It took everything out of me to stay seated in the back seat and say nothing. I truly believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, especially our elders. Experiences like this don’t reflect well on a business, and I hope this can be addressed so others don’t have to feel the way we did today. We will never ever in life eat at Wendy’s again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

  I frequent Wendy's a lot. My sandwich was a mess trying to eat it. Nothing was stacked properly, condiments all over the place. Not what I expect from Wendys.

  I tried to go into the dining room but it was locked, even though people were inside eating. I found this very weird! I then went through the drive through instead. The service was a bit slow, but not too bad. The food was honestly the hottest I've ever gotten from a Wendy's, and it tasted really good. This sort of made up for the dining room being closed 4 hours early, I was there at 8 they don't close until midnight! Management should really check on the locked dining room issue, they will lose customers over this.
