The employees had entitled attitude. However it took them 5 minutes to make the potato wedges even though I was the only one in the Drive-Thru line when I finally got my food the breakfast sandwich was greasy On the Bun it was smashed it was absolutely disgusting. I had to wait almost 7 to 8 minutes for something I wouldn't give my dog

Placed a mobile order. Staff are always rude, never says "Welcome to Wendys" or "Thankyou". They always act like the customer is an inconvenience. No matter how small or big the order is, no matter the time of day, always have to pull up and wait about 10 min. That's after waiting 10-15 in line as well. Wendys experience has gone downhill over the years and continues today. 4 different Wendys in the area, and they are all the same.
