  Get pulled everytime!!! Even with an online order. Wait time is always 10 to 15 min. Even when they are not busy!!

  Used my McDonald’s App Code here and they took it and then told me that it didn’t work but my app said they took it so they didn’t give me my discount. 3 dollars off isn’t that big of a deal but it makes me a little upset that I went out of my way to use the code and it “didnt work”

  Went through drive thru....for the second time had to deal with coming in or backing up to get food...always happens in the evenings not in the morning ever...people are rude and dismissive in the evening ...rather would have someone shut the door than the rudeness

  I was dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. We are roadtripping. I am diabetic and it was lunchtime. There were approximately 6-10 working. I was told cash only , card readers not working, computers not working. I ordered a big Mac value meal and a plain cheeseburger. Yet I saw three people place large orders and receive their food before me. I was not given a receipt and when i expressed concern she said they needed it to make my order because screens were not populating in the back. Although i could see the screen showing order numbers.Oh and those three people I mentioned earlier were addressed by first name. I assume I was so rudely treated because I was a stranger. The food was excellent! It was obvious computers were not down, internet was down. The people who were filling orders kept bringing partial orders to the front instead of doing full.orders. I was asked three times what I was waiting on. I did not even know my order number for reference If I ever travel through this town again I will NOT go to this McDonalds simply because of the customer service and disorganization for handling a problem.
