  Came in for breakfast. Ordered a bacon, egg cheese biscuit. Wanted coffee but they had no coffee. They got my order wrong (gave me a sausage egg cheese buscuit, which was cold and stale.). I asked for the correct order and was told they had no more biscuits. I asked for a refund and was told by an employee that there was no manager on duty, and wouldn't be until 4pm, so he couldn't issue me a refund. I won't be going back to this location in the future. Save yourself 15 min and a demoralizing experience and just go to McDonald's which is right next door.

  I haven’t had the chance to look at my food yet as I just arrived home after back to back 12’s from my healthcare position, but I must say Benita was very pleasant and respectful. It was refreshing to hear such a friendly voice after my week especially at a Wendy’s thats almost never happens. Also my food was fast I believe it was like two people on duty and they both were very friendly when presenting my food. I usually never leave reviews and no one usually remembers to leave good ones but I thank you for ny experience today.

  I feel bad posting it but avoid this Wendy’s at all costs. It’s not worth it when it consistently takes 20-30 mins for a normal 2 person order. The staff there are doing everything they can but management clearly sucks because this has got to be one of the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If you really need fast food do yourself a favor and just get McDonald’s next door.

  After ordering my food and waiting in the drive through. Tried to use tap to pay with my phone but the cashier said “I don’t reach out this window” clutching her long nails. We both looked as I’m extending my arm through and into the window and she refuses to bring the tap machine to me or take my payment. Unfortunately I don’t have magical extending arms to help her out. So I left.. this was 1/17 around 3 pm
