- MMMeana2 days ago5.0I haven’t had the chance to look at my food yet as I just arrived home after back to back 12’s from my healthcare position, but I must say Benita was very pleasant and respectful. It was refreshing to hear such a friendly voice after my week especially at a Wendy’s thats almost never happens. Also my food was fast I believe it was like two people on duty and they both were very friendly when presenting my food. I usually never leave reviews and no one usually remembers to leave good ones but I thank you for ny experience today.

The staff there are doing everything they can but management clearly sucks because this has got to be one of the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If you really need fast food do yourself a favor and just get McDonald’s next door.

Tried to use tap to pay with my phone but the cashier said “I don’t reach out this window” clutching her long nails. We both looked as I’m extending my arm through and into the window and she refuses to bring the tap machine to me or take my payment. Unfortunately I don’t have magical extending arms to help her out. So I left.. this was 1/17 around 3 pm
