- NDN D5 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible customer service. All of the workers appear stressed and overwhelmed. I have yet to be met with a smiling face/ friendly interaction. I only visit this place out of convenience, on my lunch break. However, this will be my very last time. We are all simply trying to survive and make ends meet, however, we must remember that customers are the heart of the business.Customers are the one’s who make it possible to feed our families. If you don’t like your job and can’t deliver quality customer service then QUIT!

I was given vinaigrette i went back and the cashier said I asked for vinaigrette, like how are you going to argue with me when the main reason for me going was to try the new Sauce. I know i didn't say vinaigrette I dont even like vinaigrette.

- APAygul PageAug 21, 20251.0On many occasions I have been there well before close (one at 9pm) and they where out of cheese, white rice, Pico, beans chips and quac and both chicken. I definitely understand if it was a few minutes before close but at 9 is ridiculous! I used to work at chipotle and we would put protein on grill even if we where close to close. Chips and quac are also understanding closer to close since they do take more time. But out of cheese and rice?! I said I'd wait for more protein to be grilled and they said the person who ran the grill was on break.. that's just poor planning. I keep trying to give them benefit of the doubt and maybe where having a bad day but alas they keep missing the mark!.
