The food is always good, but the service has taken a nose dive. Our drink order was taken immediately, but then didn't arrive for about ten minutes. Our food order made it out in okay time, but our server never did come by to get refills, ask how the food was, or take a dessert order. I type this as I approach the 20th minute since my card was taken, hoping that I'm not actually stuck in some Italian themed purgatory and can eventually pay my bill and leave to find dessert elsewhere.

Family size portions encourage sharing. The atmosphere is Sunday at Mama's with Nonna cooking.

I've eaten at this location twice. Once way back - in my teens - and just again today. We don't live real close, but thought to swing by again. Well ... things weren't as memorable after today's visit.
My family truly enjoys the food. It works for all and has a comfy sharing type portions. It's delish overall. Not something I could make for sure nor hacked together like Olive Garden. For example, the Alfredo is so thick and creamy it gets all over your face. I could eat 3 portions by myself. The bread alone has some special sour dough like characteristic and the butter is AMAZING. It's room temp and way different than most. Great flavor! It all appears super fresh.
The service and environment however ... could use work. We had reservations in a nearly empty restaurant. Yet, there were no front of house employees around for 15+ minutes as we waited in the lobby. We just walked into the back and grabbed someone at a point. Then our server was not very nice. She offered not a single smile. Strong vibes like get yours and get out. There wasn't any down time to talk between courses. Felt pushy.
I almost forgot how bad the building is laid out. It's like a maze of narrow halls with low ceilings. The low lighting and chaotic decor makes all of dazed and confused. It's odd. The place is riddles in pictures. Interesting, until you start to realize a pattern of cats, nipples, nuns in bumper cars, and penises... ... You heard that right. Regardless, the seating felt as cramped as the location. We're not the type to put elbows on the table. But here, there isn't much room to do anything else with them. Like you don't have a gut, but it's touching the table for some reason? It's cramped. It's a chore juggling all the dishes, plates, and cups, on the table.
If you haven't been and have an Italian craving, try it for yourself! Seems worth. Just my two honest cents of a visit. 🤷

Had a great dining experience at this location! Had a group of us from work meet here for some dinner and the exceptional wait staff made the experience one of a kind! The restaurant has so many options for seating, is much larger on the inside than the outside portrays. Authentic Italian food served family style, huge portions! Food tasted great and the waitresses we had worked as a team to make our experience memorable. Celebrated a birthday even and they brought out candles and did a little song :) Very sweet! Thank you again to Stacey, Cadence, Ashlee, Freddie, and the many other workers who helped make that dinner as special as it was!

We had a 6:15 reservation because I had family coming in town. It was just four of us we got there around 6 and checked in, meanwhile my husband and brother in law went to the bar. Me and my sister watched as others came in and got seated before us some that didn’t have reservations, they finally came out and told us what the problem was someone had cleared the wait list so some people had been waiting for an hour. We kept waiting and waiting no one ever called us back, that’s when the girl came out and said the kitchen is backed up and we aren’t calling anyone till they get caught up. By the time we got called to be seated an hour had gone by from our 6:15 reservation the guys were still at the bar waiting, when we got seated I asked my husband what he got to drink at the bar and he said nothing they couldn’t take our order because the bar tender was backed up with drink orders for the restaurant. So anyway we finally get to order our food around 7:45 didn’t get our food for another hour. Worse than experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant that takes reservations. At that point we were just ready to go home.
