    Stood in line for around 15 minutes behind one person waiting to order. The service wasn’t great and it’s very cold. The floors feel grimy to walk on, there’s trash on the floor, and the place looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I ordered a caramel cold brew and it seemed watery, warm, and didn’t look like what I ordered even though it was. When I mixed it, the cream on top came off in chunky pieces. Would not recommend eating here.

    The food was old, the coffee drink we ordered is not what we got, and the dining room was really cold. We stood in line with one person in front of us for about 20 minutes and they hadn’t ordered yet. The front register associate moved very slowly and couldn’t place our order well. The service was extremely slow inside.

    Absolutely the worst service I have received in awhile! The person they have working the Drive Thru was intentionally Rude, and very Obnoxious! He literally made it difficult just to place a order and I almost drove off. When I get to the drive Thru he's super cocky about his actions and trying to look cool in front of his coworkers. Why i am waiting to receive my food I witness him doing the same routine to the car behind me and they took off pissed and didn't order. He start's laughing to his coworkers stating they won't be back. Lol!!! Absolutely ridiculous behavior!!!! I don't know where whatever child they made Manager this week was at to control the situation? But Wendy's needs to get it together. Just terrible!
