- CFCodi FisherNov 1, 20255.0Ok so here is the honest truth…. We waited awhile for our food and they forgot to hand us our happy meal. I had to call and ask for it and pull back around…. But then there was Sophia….. she walked out the first time apologized and was so sweet to us. I looked at my husband and said wow she was so pleasant even though I knew she was running ragged and I’m sure she had some people being rude to her. Then the happy meal, she comes out again and thanked us for being so understanding. She was so apologetic and you could tell the night was about to break her. We told her she was doing great and she has been one of the most pleasant people we have met in this industry. that honestly we understand, we owned a fast food restaurant and it sucked. We know how it can be. We know how cruel people can treat others. She started to tear up and told her we made her night. Well actually Sophia you made ours.
