And when they do mess up your order they don't answer the phone at night it's best to call them in the morning when managers are actually answering the phone. Fries are usually cold even after waiting in a long line. I just don't get it if you don't want to serve hot food to customers stay home and let someone else do it. And start answering the phone when you hear it ringing

But then there was Sophia….. she walked out the first time apologized and was so sweet to us. I looked at my husband and said wow she was so pleasant even though I knew she was running ragged and I’m sure she had some people being rude to her. Then the happy meal, she comes out again and thanked us for being so understanding. She was so apologetic and you could tell the night was about to break her. We told her she was doing great and she has been one of the most pleasant people we have met in this industry. that honestly we understand, we owned a fast food restaurant and it sucked. We know how it can be. We know how cruel people can treat others. She started to tear up and told her we made her night. Well actually Sophia you made ours.
