  I LOVE this wingstop they were quick friendly and they gave me a free ranch I DEFINITELY will be back and the fries were bomb!

  My mom and I went to this location tonight and it was terrible… No one greets anymore which makes it hard when there was about 15 people in the store. We waited inside when our should have been done and we waited for 45 minutes. The lady that was bagging food had NO gloves on while rubbing her face, touching and putting fries in bags, touching dirty counters and whipping her hands on her pants.. We thought that was bad then another young lady came around thinking she would help her and she laid her head on the counter with the wings and where all the sauces are and she fell asleep practically on the counter. Then she got up and sat at a table after that she got up went back to the counter where she was sleeping and sat on the floor after she was done with that she laid her head back on the counter. DISGUSTING touching the dirty ground and then you wanna go touch food?? After we saw how disgusting and dirty they were being we had to tell for someone to look over at us and we asked for a refund and told them we don’t want the food anymore after watching how dirty they were being the lady that wasn’t wearing gloves in the beginning said she had to ask her manager if we could have a refund $30. The manager was the lady that was sleeping on the counter and sitting on the floor and proceeding to touch food without even thinking to wash her hands or put gloves on. The lady that was handling our refund came back to us and told us that we would get us get our money back in 7 to 10 days but couldn’t provide us a refund receipt or any proof that we were going to get our money back. When we asked if we could have some kind of confirmation or receipt, she wrote on a piece of paper with a sharpie that said we will get our refund in 7 to 10 business days. Not proving anything. Me and my family love Wingstop, but we will never ever go back. It was absolutely disgusting and disappointing..

  Since the online review will not let you post a full response, I will put it here. I placed an order tonight at 6:55 and I was quoted 33 minutes max on my order. Upon arriving the restaurant had 15 people standing in the lobby with no end in sight. Upon waiting an hour in the restaurant on top of the 33 minutes before arriving, I noticed a lot in this restaurant. The “manager” on shift seemed to be on something. She was laying her head down on the counter in the kitchen where the food is prepared, then would sit down on the kitchen floor. When she was not doing that she would go into the dining area and sit at a table and play on her phone until the other customers in the waiting area began talking about how horrible that is. She then proceeded to go back in the kitchen and prepare one item of an order with her hair down hanging in the food. After preparing one item she went back to sitting on the kitchen floor. One of the other workers continued to walk in and out of the back door and to be little help. One other worker was working to the best of his abilities alone making all the others while the other lady on shift was packing orders and passing them out. Out of four workers (one being a manager) two workers were doing ALL of the work. Multiple customers in the restaurant expressed their concerns of the wait and the disgusting behavior the manager had. I understand during busy times you may need to wait longer but the online order screen should reflect this so you are not waiting in the establishment for over an hour past your quoted time. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and some workers should really be evaluated on their position and the cleanliness they show, especially when the customers can clearly see the kitchen while waiting.
