I've tried going thru for breakfast and have seen the staff all squat down to make it look like no one was there. It's no coincidence when I offer to buy lunch/dinner that others will say, "Not the Norton Wendy's" I expect it to close when Wendy's closes poorly performing stores later this year.

My nuggets weren't even hot. Dude didn't ask if I needed ketchup for my fries and for 2 people ordering food, we got 2 whole napkins. Seriously?!? 2 freaking napkins?!? Idk why I expect customer service or anything of quality from anywhere anymore... I certainly shouldn't have here. Shame on me. No more Norton Wendy's for me. Ever
