  Every single star is for Melissa and no other reason! I spent 15 minutes looking for breadcrumbs or someone to help me find them, I finally gave up and went to the registers. She immediately let a coworker know she was stepping away and took me straight to them. Now that is customer service, it wasn’t her job but she made sure her customer was taken care of! On a side note it’s so hard to find things in this store, it would help to have more employees available in other areas of the store, not just checkout and bakery. Melissa deserves a raise ASAP!!

  This store has a serious problem with expired food. At this point, you have to check EVERY SINGLE ITEM before buying anything, because it’s not uncommon to find products sitting on the shelf past their expiration date. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable for a grocery store. Customers should be able to shop with basic trust that the food being sold is safe and properly rotated. Instead, it feels like you’re taking a risk every time you pick something up. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the fried chicken is actually on point

  Good luck finding prices on anything. Also the price is posted are not what you're going to pay at the register. There was a display right in front of the cashier of the item that I was buying when it rang up wrong. I pointed out the display and she said oh that signs wrong and still charge me the full amount. I called and talked to the manager they had a $25 gift card waiting for me for the inconvenience. When I went into use it the card had never been activated and they didn't know what I was talking about. So don't expect to pay the price is you're going to see when you rarely see a price on an item and also you're not going to get any help from anyone. Other than that it's a great place to shop.

  We live minutes from the store but drive 20 minutes to another acme. The kids that work there are always on their phones and the store never has what we need

  Acme has an excellent pharmacy and hot food department. Their cashiers are excellent, if you don't mind waiting extraordinarily long wait lines.
