  Legit called this store to ask if they were opened and they tell me yes. I get there and she tells me we’re only doing door dash. Absolutely ridiculous.

  We reserved two rooms and only spent one night here to attend a wrestling tournament in Toledo the next morning, six miles away. We chose this hotel because it offered a hot tub for the adults along with an indoor pool for kids. When we checked in, we were told the hot tub was out of order. We attempted to use the pool, but because of the temperature in that area (the outside temp was in the single digits outside the one glass wall and door), it was too cold for us and our grandson. Very disappointed we were not told the hot tub was out of order ahead of time.
