  While picking up a door dash for a customer I came in to the counter stood there, a manager was bagging food and sticking it was not busy, she never greeted me 1!time just ignored me, so I went out and went to the drive through and when I said I have a door dash the girl said u have to come in I said I was just in there and everybody ignored me, I said do u want u food delivered or not and she said I really don’t care it’s not my food. If your staff doesn’t want to deal with door dashes perhaps you should opt out of it, this is an ongoing problem. With this location and Navarre Ave. location.

  McNasty’s strikes again. Over cooked eggs super long wait times , employee also stopped to hit their vape on their way out with my food then got a couple more puffs in before returning back inside the building 🤷‍♂️

  This McDonald's was one of the best to go to, fast and friendly service. Now it's slow and the workers always have their back to you at the window. They have two lines in the drive-thru yet keep taking orders from one while cars pile up and wait in the other. Uncalled for.

  Fries lately have been cold. Customer service could use improvements. Some employees have bad attitudes. Drive thru windows could stand a good cleaning as well as the drive thru pavement.
