  This location is freak slow. I work just a block away and it takes over an hour to get food delivered.

  The service was good, but my unwich was terrible. She only put lettuce on the bottom, instead of wrapping it properly. It was extremely sloppy and messy.

  Asked for my sub toasted, given a cold sub, and given tomatoes that look the same color as a banana pepper…. really?

  $5 delivery charge for food to be wrong. Was told I can bring it back. Why did I pay $5 to deliver. Was told they'd remake it, but again... I'm 2 miles away at a tournament and I'm not leaving tournament to go pick up my corrected order. They are willing to deliver but I have to wait an hour... The purpose of freaky fast delivery... was 18 min from order to delivery not 2 hours from order to redelivery. Very disappointed that my order wasn't made right the first time so now- no lunch for me.
