But what should I expect when the rest of the proportions is terrible, either this Taco Bell is skimping out or the one I went to on Alexis is over piling it on high. My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well. Alliyah P deserves recognition, not criticism. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like her on the team
