    Came here and the guy who came up to help remembered my entire order somehow without me coming here too often, he got every detail right and then walked over and handed me my meal personally, very great service.

    I paid 30 dollars for the food and everything was messed up. I ordered a giant spicy Italian and they only gave me a regular then I ordered my brother next to me a giant number 13 and they messed it up for him as well. Just absolutely failed and having it be my favorite restaurant im so disappointed lol...

    Strong armed for a tip at drive thru. I ordered and paid on app for drive thru pickup. The girl at the window leaned out and said "you didn't leave a tip" I said I know. I'm literally at a drive thru. Instead of letting it go she then said "SO, you aren't going to give us a cash tip?" I said no. I don't leave tips at drive thrus. Wth? I don't appreciate being shaken down at a drive thru window.
