  Strong armed for a tip at drive thru. I ordered and paid on app for drive thru pickup. The girl at the window leaned out and said "you didn't leave a tip" I said I know. I'm literally at a drive thru. Instead of letting it go she then said "SO, you aren't going to give us a cash tip?" I said no. I don't leave tips at drive thrus. Wth? I don't appreciate being shaken down at a drive thru window.

  Some days they won’t have delivery drivers and when they do they’re no where near “freaky fast”. I ordered a sandwich that always has cheese and didn’t get cheese. Requested mayo and mustard packets, didn’t get those. Cut sub in half and neither was that done for me. Very elementary instructions couldn’t be done here. Details matter. They’re never slammed with orders so I don’t understand how simple mistakes could’ve been made

  We've lost too many Jimmy John's back home, and it was nice to see how it used to be done. Great service and a staff that takes pride in their product and clean environment. Love peak Jimmy John's.

  I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich today and when I got home to eat it there was no meat on it.

  So happy with the service at this location! We needed food for a funeral visitation, and they were so accommodating and helpful! Thank you again to everyone working there for your flexibility and service!
