It's an Arby's what ya see is what ya get. Food comes out got, quick and always seems rather fresh. But my coke was mainly soda water and they always add ice no matter what you say.

Okay, I'm starting this off as you guys are always on point and usual do an amazing job but today Me and my mother went in to get some food and as we walk in one of the managers on duty named Valerie was already in some type of mood and I get it it's the holidays and you just want to go home and be with your family but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude to your customers but after we got our food we got some chicken sandwiches and as I bite into one it's literally just a full bite of gristle and fat so I go up and ask if I could get it replaced and the only thing she kept saying was well it just came up and that it was fresh but that wasn't even the problem it was just full and fat and gristle you couldn't even eat it and she rolled her eyes and went and told the backline person to replace it but then she wanted to go in the back and run her mouth to another employee about us as if we couldn't hear her. Also, my mom spilled a cup of water right before we were about to go up to order some food for my grandparents, and we tried to clean it the best we could, but before we could tell her about it, she asked if I worked at an Arby's because we must've said something when we first walked in, and I said yeah, and she said I should at least have the courtesy to tell someone because if that happened to me, I wouldn't like it, and mind you, I'm a minor, and I was literally about to tell you before you opened your mouth. Also as soon we walked in at like a little after 4 she locked the door and they don't close until 5:30 today and they were playing music so loud from what I believe was a phone we could hear the music all the way in the very front of the restaurant.
