    Went through drive through they had 1 truck before me I went to their 2nd speaker box they never answered. I called out hello 4 times no reply then I asked is this speaker box not working STILL no reply. Drove around to the window got a not so pleasant look from the cashier told her I was at the 2nd speaker box shortly after the truck and no one answered me after 4 times of saying hello. The cashier got really confused and upset said sorry they were short handed. Called for another person which I'm guessing was the manager told her the samething and got asked to pull back around to the speaker box instead of them taking my order at the window and going to another register to ring it up. I told her how about I just don't come back and she said great thank you. So I left. As for them being busy they where NOT busy not with the truck then me and 1 other car after me and 2 vehicles parked up by the window. If they can't handle that many customers then they need a whole new crew at that BK store. The McDonald's down the road was busier than them and had no issues getting my order taken and on my way back home after my appointment at the hospital. Both ladies at that window was NOT very pleasant at all and their talk was on the rude side.

    On March 27th at around four thirty to five PM, I visited the Burger King on Woodville. I hadn't eaten all day and placed my order through the drive-thru speaker. The employee taking my order sounded extremely frustrated from the start — you could hear the disdain in her voice. She told me to speak up, claiming a normal speaking volume wasn't sufficient for their microphones. When I asked about the difference between a Whopper and a Texas Double Whopper due to food allergies, she became verbally irritated and rattled off the ingredients rapidly. Luckily I was able to identify an ingredient that I cannot consume so I made the appropriate choice. I pulled forward to the first window to present my coupon barcode. She immediately snapped, "We ask that you present it when placing your order," as though this should have been obvious. When I asked if I could use the number instead, she rolled her eyes — deliberately and theatrically — and started looking for my hidden order even though I've been the only one there. She never actually scanned the coupon. The hostility was so clear that I said "never mind, thank you" and drove away without completing the order. You'd be better off going to Circle K to grab a snack or just keep driving. Worst part is others that I've told about this have told me this location has had issues with similar experiences...

    Food was great. The time was also great. However the grown women on the window was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. If you don’t want to work and deal with people choose a job that doesn’t require customer service. On the window I asked for an ice cream cone and a cup. She gave me the cone I said could I please have a cup she deep sighed rolled her eyes and said okay what else for you with a rude tone. I had already had for a cup in the first place there’s no reason to have an attitude over something so small. Fix your attitude or find new jobs. Highly disappointed this is normally my go to Burger King.

    Older bigger lady was in the drive through speaker, I had to go to work. No one spoke to me for about 10 minutes. Then she said very rudely “thank you for ur patience what do u want” I said I had a mobile order. No response for 5 minutes. I pulled up to the window. She aggressively rolled her eyes at me and screamed that my order was at the window. She had this attitude on her face when she told me to pull up to the window. I’m pretty sure they gave me a burnt whopper bc of this interaction. I paid for my food I should get to enjoy it. I don’t need nasty attitude and negativity to ruin my day. Do better Burger King.
