  Sometimes you can place a rapid pick up order and it’s ready within 10 minutes, And other times you can place a rapid pick up order and find yourself sitting in the parking lot for one hour for it to be ready. Today was one of those one hour days.

  They gave me milk that was 2 days expired. They marked my order as complete and then took 25 minutes after the pick up time to actually finish the order. Several of my friends had the same thing where their orders were marked as ready but we were watching the employees very slowly collect the food to put in the bags. Service has gone downhill - we usually stop here every year at this time on our way to Dayton and service has never been this bad before

  I didn't go inside the restaurant personally. I sent my son there to get two frontaga chicken sandwiches. It's been a while since I had ordered that. Just not like it used to be. The breads totally different I feel like the chickens even different. Panera's really going downhill. And for the two of us it was roughly $25. That's not a deal. There's alternative places that give you more food for less money. They're pastries still good but I don't know I think their menu has changed I'll have to go inside and check it out again.

  Way over priced. Ordered a bowl of chicken noodles soup to go. The container was probably only 6 oz at best. 9.60. Never again.

  I went through the drive through for a salad Fuji apple salad. They gave me the wrong salad the first time the second time they gave me an incorrect salad. They added cheese to it, but now I’m finding they also gave me the wrong salad dressing with the salad. When I finally got close to accurate salad, she didn’t want to give me the salad that I actually ordered. She wanted me to mix the extra items that she had already given me in order to make the salad that I wanted. I’ve been going to Panera for a really long time. I just felt that since I have been sitting in line, I should’ve gotten a complete salad. I shouldn’t have had to improvise. I shouldn’t have had to go looking for items and then in the end to find out that the extra salad dressing that I actually got was actually incorrect anyway. terrible service today. They were very apologetic, but terrible service I guess they got somebody new working in the line. Maybe they don’t know the salads I’m not sure. What is extremely frustrating to get home and not be satisfied with your meal.
