    Go to this Dunkin most days while working. GREAT staff. One of the best Dunkin’s in NE Ohio in my humble opinion. They are very clean, very friendly, fast and don’t mess up your order.

    Much better than the DD down the road! Despite sometimes waiting on an insanely long line, the employees here are usually more pleasant, and your drink order will be correct.

    Stopped in today around 10:30 AM. There were 3 employees. 2 females (black) and a male (white). We stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. The one female walked past us 6 times only giving us a nasty look but mot saying a word. The male, was standing behind the counter scratching his head and picking at his face.. There were no others in the store.. I also needed to utilize the restroom however, the door had a sign that informs you that a key needs to be requested.. They dont respond when asked! My advice, do not go here! Lazy, dirty, and ignorant employees!

    Just go to the other one down the street past the bridge. I visited this one today and had another bad experience. I ordered a bacon snack and a triple mocha. Nice older lady came to window and said it would be a second. Then food came out cold. I asked her to warm it up for me. Another woman who I was told was the assistant manager snatched bacon and threw it at toaster and slammed it in after yelling to me that it’s not supposed to be warm and I requested it like I do everytime I visit Dunkin. She was very rude for no reason at all. It takes literally 1 min to pop in toaster and there was no line. I was disgusted how I was treated by this lady. I asked for corporate number and she stated why it just comes back here.
