From 1:30 PM I could see the driver on the pizza tracker. For an hour I watched as the driver drove around to other stops only to return to the store. I called in at 2:30 PM wondering what’s going on, and the employees seemed annoyed that I was asking. “Nothing’s wrong. It’ll be there is ten minutes. We’re making it now.” 25 minutes later the order arrives, made wrong and undercooked. I wish I could say this was a one-off incident. But problems like this happen every time I give them another chance. My email is full of “That delivery was not what we hoped it would be” messages. They have no actual desire to improve things. No more chances.
