  So I just went through this taco bell today around 4:20 4/24/26 and just ordered 2 drinks. The lady had a nice greeting and all but after I noticed they gave me one of the drinks wrong I kindly asked that they gave me the wrong drink. The drink was then snatched and then aggressively made the second drink, I still said thank you and before I could say sorry for the inconvenience she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Now I understand that people have their bad days, even I do but it wasn't busy, the order was small and I was polite. I can easily take my anger too, I dont have to be taking people attitude but decided to be the adult and let it go. Still, this behavior is simply not acceptable and could definitely lead to escalation with the wrong person and should be corrected. This isn't the first time I have had problems with this taco bell getting the wrong orders even when I do it online. Somebody in management need to talk to their employees about behavior and focus because this simply is getting out of hand to the point I had to take my time to post this. Definitely avoiding this one for as long as possible.

  you guys there are angels sent from heaven, the poor workers are slammed with orders almost every night and never fail to be kind and calm. every one of the workers on shift at 8 on 4/8/26 need a raise. i cannot say enough that majority of people who have bad experiences here are likely difficult and flat out rude. you guys are my favorite taco bell around here,i will forever be loyal to you! thank youuu

  IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I just left the restaurant drive through with the girl telling us she is not going to serve us because when my husband was ordering my kid cried (when we was ordering he did not cry, at the end of our order he cried a little)!!!! Can you imagine the audacity!!!! This is absolutely not acceptable Date: February 14th Time: 9:20 pm Check the schedule and deal with this employee, she doesn’t want to work and you are going to loose a lot of customers due to her attitude. We didn’t speak to her we just told her thank you and never mind we will find another place.
