  I asked for lots of fire sauce for a party box. They gave me four fire sauce and then some mild sauce. Clearly we have some Jokers at this location.

  Very small portions now it seems. $2.79 Beefy Potato Griller is smaller than the $1.59 Beefy Cheese and Rice burritos pretty much every time. $2.79 Griller is barely thicker than a fire sauce packet... No foil wrapper for griller items? Mostly just tortilla. Also ordered the BC+R birritos grilled and they were not grilled and also not in foil either. Just disappointment overall lately from at least this and NR (Ridge Rd) locations. Cheaper and more satisfying to buy frozen burritos, cheese and sour cream, or making your own from scratch at this point. Even at $6 for all three it feels like a waste.

  The food was good. The male employee had great customer service -- apologized for the brief wait, offered napkins and sauce. Nice to have someone who knows how to talk to customers.

  They forgot the main food I ordered not only that the drinks were sitting there for 30 minutes before they made the food so I had to ask for them to remake it. The service was terrible. They were dancing in the kitchen Instead of making food like they’re supposed to, and the inside was dirty, and there was food everywhere And the atmosphere was not good. I would never go here again terrible experience.
