  Very disappointing and poorly handled experience. I ordered online through the Pizza Hut website for delivery, selecting a 5 PM delivery time. Shortly after, I decided to call the store to move it up to 3 PM—should’ve been a simple change. Instead, I had to play phone tag just to reach the actual store (since calling first routes you to a call center). When I finally got someone, I clearly explained multiple times that I needed the order delivered at 3 PM. He repeatedly asked if it was a DoorDash order and kept asking about pickup, even though I made it very clear I could not pick it up. Eventually, he said, “Okay, it’ll be ready for 3,” which already sounded off—but I trusted it was handled. To be safe, I called back again later to confirm. After being put on hold again, I was told it was set for 3 PM. I even apologized for the confusion, and it was completely brushed off. Then 3 PM comes… nothing. 3:30… nothing. 4:00… still nothing. I call again, and now I’m told, “I already told you it would be ready at 3.” Ready?? I said, “Okay… so where is it? It’s 4 PM.” That’s when he finally says: “We don’t do delivery.” So after all that—ordering through the website for delivery, multiple calls, confirmations, and wasted time—I’m told they don’t even deliver? Completely unacceptable. Don’t advertise delivery if you don’t actually offer it. I canceled my order, requested a refund, and will be contacting corporate.

  Let me start by saying the guy TJ (maybe PJ, he would not pronunciate clearly over the phone) at the counter.....super condescending and just completely unhelpful. I placed a order online for a large pep and banana peppers. After getting back to my house and realizing it was pineapple on the pizza (which I'm supper allergic to, I called TJ back up and asked if he could help me out for THIER mistake. TJ could only mutter the words "you can order another one." super unprofessional and unhelpful. Will not be ordering or coming back to this establishment ever again. I would understand if I ordered pineapple and it came with that but to tell me they would not fix their mistake is downright bad customer service. I won't be back to this Pizza Hut especially after seeing the visible dirt build up around the edge of the walls and ceiling tiles.

  Bad pizza horrible service they don't answer the phone! Zero star for sure!!!!we threw the pizza away can't eat it !
