  came here for a 30min lunch break. almost had to leave without food. slow, and they gave me the wrong order anyway.

  It’s just unbelievable how incredibly slow this McDonalds is. I already thought North Royalton was screwing up our nice little corner of town by building this McDonalds and the misery of ordering here just confirms my opinion. It’s not supposed to take 30 minutes to get fast food.

  Whoever made my mcchicken at 8:00pm feb 5th you pmo so bad. I had just gotten off work, I have a sore throat healing from a tonsillectomy and come here to order a mcchicken with EXTRA mayo to help the food go down more gently and you put 2 dabs of mayo on my sandwich. I’m already home and now I have to have to go buy some mayo to put on my sandwiches because I’m out of it at home. This was my breaking point, your poor mayo job made somebody cry today thanks🥲

  Nice restaurant! The manager on duty was a super woman - as you could tell she was dealing with staffing issues. Felt super bad for her as she doing so many things at once. She was very nice and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make sure we got out good fast- and that says something when she was running both the front end and the drive thru by herself.
