    I gave a rating of two because although the service and the atmosphere were just fine ultimately what matters is the quality of the food and it was not good. The fish sandwich was dried out. Normally, I would expect the fish fillet to be moist and flavorful and this one was dried out and chewy. Nobody wants a chewy fish patty. In addition, one of the two fish fillets didn’t have a slice of cheese on it. The quarter pounder with cheese was likewise a little on the dry side and looked like somebody had thrown the toppings on from across the room with all of them landing on one side of The sandwich. Overpriced and poor quality food is what McDonald’s has become it seems. I’ve been to this location many times over the years and I find The orders come out incorrect about 20% of the time. You would think I would learn to tear the order apart and check everything before I leave the drive-through window . The kids who worked there all seem to be pretty nice so I don’t really want to blame it on them. I think ultimately their reflection of the management. If the manager doesn’t care about the quality of the food, I doubt if the workers are going to keep the standards up on their own, Cause, You know, Kids.

    I have gone to this location many times over the past 2 months and every time they take forever to handle a breakfast order. Today I used the app, order KL87, and placed my order at 9:19am. I drove up to the McDonalds in less that 10 minutes and gave my order to the speaker. They confirmed who I was and I went to the second window. It was reasonably busy for easter morning. At the second window they tried to charge me for someone elses food and then when I told them about my order I was told "Oh, we haven't even started on that yet". I was then ushered to window 2 where I spent 22 minutes watching other people roll through the drive thru. After that I went inside with my toddler and spoke to an employee at the counter who went and got my food in less than a minute or two. A simple apology was given as she wasn't involved in the situation. I then had to take my kid who was beyond upset we went into the mcdonalds without the play structure back to the car as she cried. Got home at 10:15am All together my time in the drive thru was approximately 40 minutes. There were at least 5 employees in the place and it just seems like my order was forgotten.

    Drive thru window should be trained, they're not. Ordered two meals, one Med arch, one value meal. Person handed me bag without verifying order, asked if everything there. She nodded head. Had to go back & get the missing order of fries & exchange the two small fountain drinks received for one 16oz Med ordered. Spoke with manager who blew it off as "oh it's a training issue, human error" Yes, its a training issue, the 3PM lady manager lacks the training, can't blame a new employee plopped in front of drive thru, clueless. The first thing out of a good manager's mouth should be: "I am so sorry that you were inconvenienced, how can we make it Right?" Manager is wrong to put people at a drive thru window if they're not fully trained on the basics like drinks sizes & verifying orders. Not fair to the employee or the customers. Haven't been here in long time, prbly won't be back for a while. Don't enjoy having to return, show receipts, do the bird dog hassle.

    Ordered via drive thru. Was asked to pull up bc fries weren't ready. 20 minutes later, i got my SMALL fries and they were lukewarm. Wasted time and money.
