When i got to the window, I asked for a couple mild and a couple hot sauce packets and was silently handed 4 medium packets. I'm not usually one to complain, but whoever was manning the order window tonight around 5pm (1/9/26) needs to be retrained or something because this is egregiously bad service. I will not be ordering here again.
