So had to drive back 20 minutes to have it corrected and they acted like I was the wrong one!!! So I figured after a year, they probably got nicer, friendly staff who know how to do their jobs…. Boy was I wrong. I ordered for my daughter at 7pm at night because she hadn’t eaten all day due to sports and activities. So we ordered a bowl for her. That was it. I picked it up, ran it to her and went home. I get a text 10 minutes later tha the food was wrong. So I drive back up there to get it (20 minutes) and take it in where there was no one in the dining room and only one person in line. I walked to the register and told them it was wrong. Opened it to show three steak tacos instead of a bowl. They said they would remake it but the looks and eye rolls I got was unacceptable. I asked what they were going to do for me, and they pushed the wrong order at me and said here you can keep this…. Ummmm what?!?!? They remade the bowl all while slamming the spoons and slopping everything in the bowl. Again I asked what they would do for me and they said “well we remade the bowl the right way.” You mean the way it was supposed to be made the first time? Then they said they could give me a free entre but it would have to be another day and I’d have to wait in line. I said do you really think I’m coming back? And left, all the while getting stares and being mocked. Way to staff that north royalton store with a good staff Chipotle. I won’t ever be back!

He was working the line himself while everyone else was doing online orders and prepping. Poor kid was so so sweet and polite despite how busy he was. Food was still great, but that sweet young man needed some support. Even tho he was doing it on his own he was so nice and polite and got everything perfect! Thank you Tyler!
