Food is good, employees are nice, but I waited fifteen minutes for two items.
It was 9 am, any place that even has coffee as an option shouldn’t run out at that time. The lady informed me that they did not have creamer, when I said “that’s okay, can I just get the coffee?” She then claimed they were out of coffee. Why not say that then, didn’t seem honest at all, why not tell me right after I ordered?

Drive thru operators deliberately delay service. If your looking for fast food look elsewhere. Don't get stuck in line here. After 45 minutes the drive thru operator will treat you like you're a bother.
Why is this place still in business?? Read the reviews. I've been here 2-3 times and have to agree, it's horrible service and staff don't care. Also very unclean, witnessed staff not washing hands, taking cash and handling food with no gloves. Floor and counters dirty and food all over . With all the negativity someone should look into. Btw Never got my food. After waiting almost 30 minutes, asked for refund.... No apologies just a smirk and a sarcastic 'thank you '

Why have I been waiting in this line for over 40 minutes after I’ve placed an online order? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable you’re supposed to be fast food- it’s in the name. Additionally, the food is never correct which doesn’t make any sense because you have ample time to make the food because it’s been ordered for over an hour. If you are backed up you need to turn off receiving mobile orders to make sure you’re getting the drive through taken care of. Yea it’s not gonna be the best food but at least make it right?!?! When I was at the window there were literally 2 girls that were laughing and waiting at the window. Okay if you see people making food and your times are BACKED UP why aren’t you helping- PLUS if we put a certain amount of sauces on the order and you can’t even put them out of sauces in the bag, what is going on? Furthermore, don’t roll your eyes when people ask for more sauces. It’s literally Taco Bell

I wouldn't ever write a review for somewhere in my life, but it's gotten out of hand with this Taco Bell.
I sympathize with the staff and I understand they are understaffed so obviously it's a struggle sometimes when so busy. However consistently when going to place my order on the app, or even in person they ALWAYS have an item unavailable and it blows my mind how this is even possible?
Taco bells god forsaken expensive menu has the few luxe box combos that are a good deal, but every time for the last 9 times I've went to order it's shown as not being on the menu due to missing items!!! Taco bell needs to either shut this place down at this point or fix the issue.
This isn't even to touch on the constant 10-30 min wait times that'll happen as I have sat almost over a HOUR in this drive thru with 5 cars being in it.
The only redeeming quality of this place to me is the fact it is close in proximity. The staff I have conversed with have been nice people, but the slowness at times is unreal, you think they'd close this down or put someone better in hire of management.
