  Today we were trying to go to Subway at 7:22pm we walked in and they saying they’re closed when their door says 9:30 and they’re online also says 9:30 they’re closed so you need to work on your stuff

  Honestly the employees are great. The owner sucks. Like how are you going to not accept subway coupons. Also you make the employees skimp so bad on the toppings its unreal. Get into a different business if you can't handle that. You shouldn't even be a franchise. I only go here as a last resort. I would much rather drive to avon which takes 15 to 20 more minutes because at least they give me what I pay for. The owner is terrible and shouldn't be a franchise owner.

  Would be nice if there was a sign posted on the door, before patrons order, that says “this franchise doesn’t accept subway (it’s franchisor’s) coupons.” Either the franchise itself is worried about its EBIDTA and incapable of waiting for vendor reimbursement, or subways reimbursement to franchisors for promotions is flawed.
