The cafe, including the restroom, was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. We arrived at 7 a.m., so this was not the result of a busy day. There were crumbs, trash, dust, and visible grime on the seats, walls, and food counters. This is a serious concern for a food establishment and reflects very poor management.

Bathrooms are not clean and neither is the dining area. Get these poor employees the help they need otherwise avoid this location. I’m not sure why we keep coming here hoping it will be better.

My family has been going through an extraordinarily difficult time and this Panera has been a lifesaver when it comes to getting non-greasy, somewhat healthy food in a hurry. I wish I got her name, but the young lady who works at the drive thru in the afternoon is the absolute sweetest. She is always polite to my dog and I. I’m so grateful for her kindness, especially with what my family has been through this year. Thank you guys so much for working so hard. I know that Panera isn’t an easy place to work for. Your efforts, accuracy, and kindness mean a lot.

Just below being burnt. The outside was hard as a rock. We didn't say anything because we were on our way to am appointments at main campus of clever clinic. I'm not a happy camper!
