We ordered a Cranberry orange slice. There wasn't any out front and it took them forever to bring some out. We got to our table and realized why. It was overcooked! Just below being burnt. The outside was hard as a rock.
We didn't say anything because we were on our way to am appointments at main campus of clever clinic. I'm not a happy camper!

The food was very good!
But, we went inside to order and eat in instead of the drive through.
The restaurant was FILTHY! Bathroom was worse, looked like old diarrhea on the walls, both garbage bins overflowing with towels, towel dispenser empty.
The tables and chairs were all covered in filth, so we changed our order to go.
It also took 27 minutes to get our order.
Half a sandwich and a salad also cost $24
The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful and did apologize for the wait.

TLDR: Gross and just look at photos.
We were greeted by the smell of urine coming from the restrooms, with a hint of fecal matter. At first sight the empty eating area riddled with food ln the floor and pules of used dished above filled garbage cans caused concern. The abandoned register area with a paper sign stating to use kiosks didn’t make it any better. The not so faint sound of heavy coughing from the back of the store deepened concern. Despite these obvious warning signs we decided to give it a try, only to fond out they were out of the cheddar broccoli soup we specifically came for. Somewhere between not cleaning their restrooms or dining area they also chose to not make more soup. On a positive notes, it was well lit, and there was a warm fireplace. But then I overheard another patron telling an elusive team member that the decaf coffee and hot water was empty, so really it just kept getting worse. I have to assume that delivery orders are keeping this location profitable because we will not come back, maybe even not to our local Panera either because we always order online and seeing this is making me question food quality across all locations. Lastly our food is here, and our plates have dark brown smudges, but no food ordered that matches that color, super unappetizing.

Not only are they the slowest place ever they also arent careful and put plastic in my mac and cheese that I ordered. The food tasted like it was super old the noddles were kinda crunchy at the bottom and couldn’t even chew them. This panera always disappoints me!
