  Wrong order every time. I ordered a sandwich with chicken, dressing, lettuce, and tomato. I gave 1 star for each ingredient that made it onto my sandwich. They don’t do refunds because of the “manager policy”, only credits… I don’t want a credit after you messed up my order two times in a row. I’m not coming back.

  For some reason, this is the only location in the greater Cleveland area that doesn't participate in Jimmy Johns Rewards. Can't say that's a dealbreaker for me, but it definitely drops it down the list of places I'll frequent locally.
