I gave the order for a Boston cream donut, and they put in a regular glaze donut. I'm so very glad that they cannot follow the simplest of directions and ruined the day for a 7-year-old boy. I ordered it hot and it was almost cold, the cup felt warm, but when I drank it, it was lukewarm, almost cold. I wanted it hot because I was feeling cold. They made it twice and it still wasn’t hot. I wasted time and had to request a refund. Very bad experience. I recommend training your employees better, or not hiring people so young who seem to have their minds on TikTok instead of doing their job properly.

There have been numerous instances where their kindness has really been the highlight of my day. Hayden and the rest of the team are always nice, smiling and go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. This is also the most consistent location when it comes to drink quality. I’ve been happy with every coffee that I’ve ordered. Thank you guys for being so awesome at what you do and for making your customers’ days brighter. It really goes a long way, especially nowadays. This is my go-to Dunkin now.
