Naturally, when we got home the food was wrong. They filled the order right in front of us and made the food with wrong ingredients. Dump the drive through. The manner in which you fill orders is not conducive to drive through order fulfillment.

No one apologized for the wait or delay in getting food. If the order cannot be fulfilled in the alloted time, push back the pick up windows to times that are actually realistic. The order was placed 20+ minutes before we went to pick up, no reason it should not have been done with 8 people working.
