    I didn't get the gentleman's name but he went the extra mile to make me and family welcome. It's rare you find customer service like that now days. Thank you for your kindness

    Tried the steak bites for the first time today and people, it will be my last. I bought the 9 piece for almost $10. The pieces were small and dry as sand. Been a long time since I bought and tried a food item that was so bad. Come on Arby’s, you’re better than that. Or are at least you used to be.
