I asked for a refund and the staff informed me that they didn’t know how to refund my credit card. They did nothing to try and help me and I was stuck with a meal that I no longer wanted it because I was unable to get my soda. The customer service worker stood there and refused to give me any type of compensation and didn’t know how to refund my credit card. Needless to say, I will never be back there again.
