- ASahmed junior SilmiMar 24, 20265.0I got a sub sandwich but couldn’t decide on what to get. So i asked the employee “ Ameer” what they recommend. He said he got me and made me his special sandwich. It was delicious. His co worker josh seemed cool too i guess i didn’t talk to him though. But the customer service from Ameer was good and the sandwich was good aswell.

I asked for extra onions and green peppers, and the employee said she would “find a way to charge extra” for them, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The staff often have a bad attitude, especially a young girl with glasses and another woman — they are not friendly at all. The only good experience I have is when one Indian girl is working; she’s always polite and makes the sandwich perfectly. Customer service here seriously needs improvement.
