    This Wingstop location refused to take anybody’s order as they solely focused on their digital orders, which was a grand total of 4. It looked like everybody in the kitchen was working, but nothing was getting done. Multiple groups of people would come in, be told it’ll be 3-5 minutes before they can take any orders, then leave after waiting 15+ minutes only to be told it’ll be another 3-5 minutes. The only way around actually getting our food was placing an online order so they would have to take our order. Also, the shift manager had her thumb in the bowl of someone’s order. No gloves, or washing hands between anybody’s order.

    Horrible experience. Staff was so rude and disrespectful. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life when ordering food. I placed my online order and I came in and this one guy in particular was very disrespectful. When I asked if my order was ready he had horrible attitude. I was sacred to ask agian after another few minutes and I asked my father to go up and this dude stood up and ignored my father. He went over to the kitchen area and started to aggressively prepare our food. I understand being frustrated at your job but there is a time and a place. I have never seen someone with such disrespect and aggression ever. I have ordered from here before through Uber Eats never in person and I will not be going back. One of the workers also dropped some of our fries on the floor and he picked it up and still put it in our food. I was genuinely shocked about this experience. Horrible.

    Very slow crew (only 2 cooking) and 1 older tall African make just sitting down and playing on the computer even when it's busy. The store is very small and now ventilated at all. Very smokey and you will leave smelling like you worked there for 8 hours.

    I called this location to place an order the store employee hung up while I was conveying my order. I called back 4 times and the rep continued hanging up. Being on route to the location, I drove there. The phone was ringing while I walked in, he was sitting in a chair playing on his laptop. Only employee, asked his name, he stated that he was the GM and didn’t need to tell me his name. I asked him why did he hang up. Claimed it was the phone, then asked me what I wanted. No apology, just said that he kept rejecting the call. I asked him why? I never once raised my voice, he accused me of yelling at him and refused service. This middle aged male needs some serious customer service training.

    I truly don’t understand why you get hired to do a job but get mad that you have to do your job!? I called to place an order as soon as I said place an order “umm hold on” ok a couple seconds later “go ahead” with your order I proceed with my order *crickets* “umm hold on” and I’m on hold again. I hung up because it’s truly not worth it!
