- TLTia LittoNov 12, 20255.0So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. This woman deserves a promotion and all the raises! If you're reading this, thank you so much again! 🩷 May God bless you!

What really bothered us was that out of the 3 available tables 2 were taking by the staff playing on their phones including what I assume to be the manager that kept yelling "welcome to Qdoba" without ever making eye contact. My niece and I made it pretty clear that we were looking for a place to sit and finally left with the comment "guess we have to take it on the road" Not impressed enough to return.

I wanna say that first I eat it all the time and like it 10x better than chipotle, but this specific north Olmsted location disappoints me every time. the general laziness off the staff leaves my food unsatisfactory every time with missing ingredients or even whole halves of peppers in my food. after tonight when my food was messed up and poorly assembled when I got my online order but the staff was all sitting around not busy I will be switching to strongsville location
