I asked for a couple extra scoops of matcha, got my drink back it tasted like straight water and milk no matcha at all I barely even tasted a hint of it. So I ask if they can remake it and the girl just looks at me like I just asked her to jump off a bridge and takes my drink back and doesn’t say a word. She then proceeds to take her good old sweet time to make the drink that I was already waiting 10 minutes for. I get the drink remade back and it tastes exactly the same almost like she didn’t do anything different. Now I am not one to make a huge deal about a minor mistake but this isn’t just a minor mistake the girl blatantly remade my drink the same almost to piss me. She didn’t apologize about the drink being made wrong before or anything like that. This is unfortunate and I will never come back here. Her name tag also said Abby.

My husband’s drink was only 2/3s full. We feel like we wasted our money. On top of that, the workers weren’t friendly, the restaurant itself was dirty. I wouldn’t sit while I was waiting for my order because the tables were so dirty. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be back. I also plan on contacting customer service to see if I can get a partial refund because I didn’t get what we paid for. Very disappointed and frustrated. Our $14 coffee order wasn’t worth it.
