- DRD RJan 3, 20261.0So unpleasant coming here unlike any other location. My drink was not close to even full, with a considerable amount of room in the cup even for an iced drink. So when I asked the rude and seemingly entitled girl working why it was nearly 1/3 empty, she rolled her eyes and said, “the machine is just like that”. Okay, fine. Then she slams the window shut, so now I’m waiting for a stirrer that she eventually handed me as if I asked for something impossible. Rude, unfriendly and overall not good employees all that seem to be working at the Stearns Rd in North Olmsted. Save your money and time, go to another location.
