I have to wait for someone to be not busy to ask about my dozen of donuts every time. Today I got whatever donuts they felt like giving me instead of what I ordered because all 4 people working seemed to not have a clue as to what was going on. The young man with dark hair and glasses who makes the drinks has absolute no idea what customer service is, or how to read a ticket. The dunkin on Stearns road will be happy to take my money.

I have learned to put my order in at least 10 minutes ahead of time and even when I do that its still not ready then I get there and theres only one guy who is always running around working and the other workers are like zoned out on another planet. I can not figure out how any of them, except the one guy, that is probably closer to 30, have a job. It's just mind blowing me how that store stay afloat and gets anything done.
