    I’ve tried using the Taco Bell mobile app multiple times and it’s consistently frustrating. Half the time the app glitches, the menu options don’t match what’s actually available, and some items (like the build-your-own box) have mysteriously disappeared from online ordering. Prices on the app also seem inflated compared to in-store, which makes no sense. Even when my order does go through, the staff often act annoyed or confused when I pick it up, like it’s my fault their system doesn’t work right. Honestly, the mobile ordering at Taco Bell feels like it was designed to make things harder, not easier.

    It's like my food was intentionally smashed. I dont see any other way for it to end up the way I received it. I was given hammer fisted burritos. Literally. I made a fist, turned it sideways and it fit perfectly in the center. 😭😂 I'm sorry you hate your job, please don't take it out on the food you're preparing. I should get a refund because I didn't even eat it. I won't return. No thank you.

    love taco bell, but every single time i come the nacho fries are always cold, and under seasoned. one time i asked for fresh bc i was tired of getting cold fries ( was the older guy with extreme attiude), and got refused?? just sick of paying money for cold food.
