- TBTengiz BairamukovNov 6, 20251.0So, at this Subway, I just wanted to order and eat a tuna sandwich. I asked them to make it the way I wanted: tuna, American cheese, and then I asked for pickles. But there was this one rude lady who got all fussy and insisted that I had to choose the sauce first. I mean, I asked for pickles, tomatoes, onions, and I just wanted a tiny bit of sauce at the end. But she made a whole scene for like five minutes, being all stubborn about it. Eventually, I got them to do it my way, but honestly, she was just rude and had no clue how to do her job. The service was awful, the atmosphere sucked, and that lady just didn’t belong there. I think the management should either fire her right away or at least discipline her, because she’s being rude to customers and refusing to make the sandwich the way the customer wants. I mean, it’s not some fixed menu item; it’s supposed to be made to order based on what the customer asks for. But this lady just decided she’s going to tell me how and what I’m supposed to eat.

Finally Rhiannon appears and proceeds to tell us “what you see out is all that I have left” with a terrible attitude. This is not our first encounter with Rhiannon. She truly needs to get some help with her customer service skills. It’s 9pm and this Subway is open 24 hours. How is there nothing stocked or prepped? We just went through this Subway less than 24 hours ago and Marvel is probably your best asset yet. Everything was stocked and plenty offerings available. I witnessed Rhiannon with another customer and she was all smiles and so helpful, why the change in attitude with different customers? If you don’t like your job find a different one where you aren’t tossing customers sandwiches around and you look completely miserable representing Subway/Loves.
