We understand that you can be busy during the morning rush, but the attitude we got was uncalled for. Then stating that don't be surprised if somethings are wrong. I'm sorry, if your having a bad day, but please have better customer service next time. We normally have no issues, but today was just not okay. We in fact did not get everything we ordered. Again we understand the morning rush and sometime things happen, but it make me wonder if it was on purpose after you stated that it mighty be messed up. Pleases do better next time.

I always stop there first thing in the morning to get the morning's first cup. I've never had a mistake and never wait there very long.
