  Order took about a half hour longer than it said and come on four pieces of pepperoni total, one piece of pepperoni per piece of pizza that's insane

  Went to pickup a one-item order and there was a sign saying “sorry no window service today”. So I parked and went inside where there were five other customers in a cramped waiting area. A woman with tattoos completely encircling her neck like a scarf was slowly walking around, not engaging with customers, and kicking a bunch of black plastic pizza trays that were on the ground (rather than picking them up). She never made eye contact or engaged any customers other than the one immediate customer she was slowly, let’s say, “helping”. Then the presumably only other employee with a full beard was making pizzas without any kind of net covering his beard, generally looking like he was lost and on his first day on the job. There was sauce all over the counter and on white rings hanging above him, so I’m not sure how clean it all was. I ended up leaving without my order because I couldn’t wait an extra thirty minutes and didn’t trust that I’d get clean food. I still need to get money back.

  Our last 2 orders have taken double if not triple the amount of time to get delivered to us than what our estimate was. I realize it is just an estimate, but I feel like 10-15 minutes off maybe not as big of a deal as 30-50 minutes off.

  Normally I’m not one to write a bad review and more so at a place I frequent. That being said bad form Pizza Hut I ordered a pizza this evening for delivery I get it’s Saturday night but when it was going on over 2 hours and I could not get thru to Pizza Hut or there “service answering people” I decide to drive up their being that I’m not super far away the entire place looked like It was closed I went in to the drive thru went over the bell nothing. Beeped my horn nothing I saw 3 people in there trying to hide. Then I went back around and saw some girl standing at the window again went over the bell nothing beeped the horn finally she open the window told her about my order proceeded to tell me a big story about her driver having to go to hospital and she girl at window felt so bad for all the of the delivery ppl that placed orders . “ now me sitting here at first going ok n she keeps going on and on I said stop what can we do to fix this issue she still talking about her driver I said ok give me a refund not once did she offer to make a pizza and have me wait this is all going on as 3 ppl r behind me in the drive thru line she then closes the window and calls someone on her cell while im sitting here yet again about 4-5 minutes after she opens windows w a scribbled note on recipt oh and need to say the “ answering service people also told me the ap was down so my Order was like frozen too paper telling me to call tomorrow and speak w Leroy for my refund Just wow This was a horrible experience poor customer Eveything

  My wife ordered food for us and drove to pick it up, and one of our items was not there. Upon calling they told her to come pick it up. Make sure you check what you order to make sure you are not getting treated unfairly or paying for missing items!
