  They dont know how to make a pizza with light cheese and heavy sauce, I asked them to make it again and they were mad so they mad it with no cheese and light sauce. If they dont like their job then find another place to work. This ain't the first time they couldn't make a pizza with light cheese and heavy sauce.

  I ordered a cheesesteak pizza from North Canton and it came with mostly onion, green pepper and sauce and very little meat. The vegetables were minimal as well. Very disappointed and I won't order it again.

  The food arrived cold and barely no sauce on the wings. They sent a promo code for a free pizza that didn't work. Guess it's back to Marco's pizza who actually fix issues and deliver great pizza and wings

  Ordered an hour and a half ago. Haven't recieved my pizza, website has claimed it's arriving soon for the last hour and a half. I've been on hold for the last 15 minutes waiting for ANY employee to answer so I can find out where my order is.

  Absolutely terrible customer service (corporate, you cannot contact the store) Ordered in early December and we had snow so delivery was chosen. Their driver got stuck in my driveway, it took almost 30-35 minutes to get him out. During that time, all of the food we had ordered (over $40 sat and got cold and soggy-multiple pizzas and wings), and when I filled out the survey to ask to be contacted, the send me a coupon for a free pizza "to make it right" I responded and never heard back from. Won't buy from this chain again.
